The visit planner

The planner uses your name, selected service, preferred date and time, and any optional note to prepare an appointment request. These fields stay in the current webpage while you use it. The website does not save the planner’s contents to a database, cookies or persistent browser storage.

Choosing “Open WhatsApp” passes your prepared message to WhatsApp before you send it. The message is included in the link and may also remain in your browser history. Review it in WhatsApp and send it when you are ready. The salon receives your request only when you send the message. WhatsApp also shares the account information associated with your message, including your WhatsApp phone number.

External services

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare handles the technical information needed to deliver the pages. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Calls use your device’s calling application. WhatsApp links open an external service with its own privacy practices. Read WhatsApp’s privacy policy before sharing information through that service.

Share only what is needed

The optional note is for service preferences or appointment questions. Please avoid including medical records, payment card details or other sensitive information. A message is an appointment request; it becomes a booking after the salon confirms it.
